You're about to complete the P.AI.R Executive Time Audit — a structured process to map how you spend your time and how efficiently your time serves what you value most in your role. To ensure a smooth experience, you will be prompted to share information about your context progressively.
This takes around 20–30 minutes. Everything you enter is saved as you go.
Before you continue: Your weekly hours and holiday weeks are your working capacity for the rest of the audit. Once confirmed, they cannot be changed. Take a moment to enter your typical figures — not your best week, your real week.
Select all activities that fall within your purview. A minimum of 5 is required for the analysis to be meaningful.
You've selected your activities that make up your working week. Before we declare time per activity, one more piece of context: your compensation. This lets the rest of the audit put a real cost on every hour you spend — across every task, not just in aggregate.
This stays with you and your coach. Nothing else.
For each activity, select how often you perform it and how long it takes each time.
Note: Once you continue, your time declaration is final. If your total exceeds your declared weekly capacity, you will need to redistribute time before you can proceed — not adjust your capacity.
Rate each activity across nine dimensions. These scores drive your personalised analysis.
For each activity, assess three contextual factors that amplify or reduce its strategic weight.
Complete your professional details. These remain confidential and are used only for your analysis.
Your annual compensation and currency were captured earlier and are not re-requested here.
